Svema R32 16mm Double Perforated Reversal Film
32 - 50 ISO / 100 ft Daylight Spool / Polyester Base / Process: BW Reversal

Svema r32 is a brand new, fresh, double perforated 16mm film stock made exclusively for the FPP by Svema in Shotska, Ukraine. This film when developed produces a film positive image ideal for projection or scanning. 

R-32 Technical Specs
R32 is a panchromatic positive high resolution film, coated onto a transparent polyester base providing excellent dimensional stability. Thickness of the polyester base: 0.10mm / 0.004” has a high-efficiency protection layer on top of its emulsion to prevent scratching. Base substrate and back layer keep their anti-static properties, even after processing.

Infrared Sensitivity
The spectral sensitivity of R-32 is expanded into the near infrared range of the energy spectrum. Its spectral sensitivity to up to 750 nm. Use a r72 filter for infrared cinematography. Adjust for aperture settings accordingly (usually 5 - 6 f-stops with the r72 filter)

This film is for all 16mm cameras that accept a 16mm 100 foot daylight spool. (This film will not work in 8mm Bolex or other 8mm cameras)

Terms – With the rare exception of a film product recall, user issues with film are a by-product of the deterioration of parts in the vintage cameras used to shoot the film. Even functioning and previously tested vintage cameras may experience motor film transport issues, film breakage, light leaks, over-and-under-exposure, and emulsion scratches.
