High speed Svema BW 400 film direct and fresh from Eastern Europe to The Film Photography Project Store. 

Keep your film Light Tight! This film stock is subject to "light piping" when exposed to room light. Please load in dim light and store in a dark camera bag before and after shooting. If storing your film in fridge, freezer or home shelf, store in a light tight bag as well. What is light piping? Read our blog by Leslie Lazenby. Film Washi is an experimental film. Your results are not guaranteed.

Notes from Svema film shooter Leslie Lazenby:
"Svema Foto 400 has a thin polyester base, is panchromatic, is true 400 speed and dries super flat. I home-processed in Xtol stock - 7 minutes @ 68 degrees, 5 seconds agitation twice every minute. (Michael Raso's home process has been Kodak D-76 - stock - 6 minutes @ 68 degrees)"
