DUE TO INCREASED STORE TRAFFIC, IT CAN TAKE UP TO 5 DAYS TO SHIP YOUR FILM

ALSO, PLEASE BE AWARE USPS PRIORITY MAIL IS NOT 2-DAY GUARANTEED DELIVERY.

At the Film Photography Project, our mission is to provide film shooters with the best possible tools at the most affordable prices while paying our incredible staff a living wage. As the incomparable Jim Jarmush said, of “fast, cheap and good” – you can only have two. The FPP choses “cheap” (affordable) and “good”.

Please understand that our order processing, packing and shipping is performed by diligent, hard-working individuals who deserve weekends and holidays off. We strive to and are usually successful in processing and shipping your order within 2 days...but it could take longer.

Our FedEx, UPS and USPS all strive to deliver your package to you within the time frame and cost you select. But sometimes stuff happens. Please be cognizant of these factors when placing your order and before e-mailing us asking where your order is. Once your order leaves our building, we do not have any updates or know when it will be delivered. Please keep and check your tracking. Questions about items once shipped - contact USPS or UPS. Note that USPS has SLOWED their service. (Read - USPS slowing some mail delivery starting Oct. 1)
